Muswell Hill Karate Academy teaches Karate to children from age 5 upwards.

Principal instructor I.Berisha has two sons who study Karate and takes great pride in helping youngsters (girls and boys) to boost their confidence, learn self-defence skills and enjoy the club atmosphere. Discipline and mutual respect, balance, fitness and stamina are all part of the Muswell Hill Karate Academy Dojo culture and practice.
